Summary

When an emergency declaration is in effect, an individual who is a government employee can obtain leave from their place of employment to provide volunteer services with the Civil Defense corps.

Full Text

Municipal employees shall enjoy other paid or unpaid leave as established by regulations, such as the following: . . . . (g) To render volunteer services to the Civil Defense corps and other organizations that render emergency services in case of disasters.
