An ambulance service must contact the Arkansas State Board of Health prior to deploying to another state pursuant to federal, state, or private contract or agreement for disaster aid.

15. Out-of-State Ambulance Contracts for Disaster Assistance Ambulances service shall contact the Department prior to deploying or sending any Arkansas permitted ambulances to another state(s) to fulfill obligations of a state/federal/private contract or agreement for a disaster. Ambulance service shall contact the Department during regular business hours or the Department Emergency Communication Center after hours.
